Legal consultancy for EGTCs

We offer legal consultancy to the EGTCs in two fields:

Legal consultancy provided for the establishment of EGTCs:
design of the planned EGTC’s structure and operation, based on the founders’ needs; elaboration of the Convention and the Statutes; coordination of the approving and registration processes as well as the publication of the EU level notification
Legal consultancy provided for the operation of the EGTCs:
assistance for structural reforms, amending the founding documents, effecting the changes in membership, advices on labour law, taxation law, procurement and investments
