KÖFOP project development tender of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (HU)

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has won funding under the KÖFOP programme (Administrative Development Operational Programme) for providing expert services to meet the project development needs of Hungarian-based EGTCs.

Following the 2017 call, three tenderers were selected, who were involved in the implementation of the project through a framework contract – including CESCI. The Ministry published calls between the three subcontractors on the basis of the requests for expertise submitted by the EGTCs.
Within the framework of the project, besides the territorial action plan for employment (for the Ister-Granum EGTC), CESCI for instance prepared a project proposal for the RDV EGTC about the renewal of the genome of fruit trees, which can be submitted to the next Slovak-Hungarian call. Furthermore, the association developed a territorial tourism database at the request of the Arrabona EGTC which can provide help for future development of tourism.
