Final report (Legal Accessibility: Fourth milestone)
The final report is the summary of the continuation of the initiative, which was implemented by CESCI with the support of the Ministry of Justice, now in the framework of the fourth milestone in 2019. The report presents the results of the analysis of two chosen thematic areas, the patients’ rights and public procurement.
- The report describes the international seminar and study trip organised with the involvement of the Hungarian and neighbouring ambulance services in order to apply patients’ rights and address the problems of cross-border patient mobility, summarises the institutional and legal analyses in the field of patient care, and the legislative proposals formulated based on these as well as the guidance drafted for the decision makers facilitating the implementation of the above proposals.
- Besides, the report summarises the technical work regarding the legal background analysis carried out on the public procurement of cross-border developments. The textual proposal for eliminating the gaps of legal harmonisation, and the guidance compiled regarding the public procurement procedures of cross-border projects are presented here.
