The Charter for participatory cross-border cooperation governance in Central Europe was presented at the BorderLabs CE project’s closing conference in Brussels as a shared vision for stronger cooperation across the region. Addressing common challenges such as migration, security policy, EU enlargement, and territorial development, the Charter calls for more coordinated action among governments, decision-makers, and spatial planning professionals.
