Innoaxis. The institutional condition of realisation. CESCI’s chapter on institutional development within the framework of the INNOAXIS project (HU)

The study was prepared within the framework of the Hungarian-Serbian IPA project titled ‘The borderline as an axis of innovation’ (HU-SRB/0901/213/028) to the invitation of the Regional Science Association of Subotica. It aimed at discovering how long-term, institutionalised development cooperation could be set up along the external borders of the Union. The team of CESCI examined the legal framework, pointed out the factors defining the optimal scope of the partnership and also analysed its financial conditions.
