Contribution document of CESCI to the discussion paper of the Semmelweis Plan (HU)

In a short study conducted in 2011, CESCI contributed to the Semmelweis Plan (2010), which defines Hungarian health policy at a strategic level. The aim was to present the aspect of cross-border health service provision which was not included in the original draft discussion paper despite the fact that EU policies in many areas provided an increasingly favourable regulatory environment for planning practices beyond the nation-state framework
