Development Strategy of the Joint Municipal Organization (HU)

This strategy examines whether and, if so, how a larger regional public service system could be developed that could present more cost-effective solutions across the border, with the involvement of the civil society, than the current system, which operates mainly within the municipal framework. In the framework of this, we outline the feasible vision in the long run with the local government institution, and we present the target system of the developments in a hierarchical order. Moreover, we describe the legal-institutional framework, then specify the development area and identify the areas where the proposed institution can be successfully used for cross-border cooperation. Finally, we also examine the material side of the operation of the institution to be established.
