Contribution of the CESCI to the revision of the EGTC Regulation

The study related to the revision of the EGTC Regulation was carried out in the framework of a consultation launched by Alberto Núñez Feijóo, President of the Regional Government of Galicia. It consists of two parts: in the first one, it analyses the theoretical framework of the EGTC as a new cooperation instrument; in the second part, it gives a detailed analysis on the EU EGTC Regulation, making proposals for amendments.
