Construction work has finished at the thermal bath

The Cultacross project has reached another milestone. The lead partner of the project is the Arrabona EGTC, other project partners are the town Dunajská Streda and Győr Municipality. Dunajská Streda, one of the project partners, has finished construction work on the thermal bath by the end of 2019 with the funding from the applications. The lake, which has been unused so far due to revitalisation, has significantly extended the services offered by the thermal park. In the framework of the project they purified the lake and created a lake bed that is suitable for swimming. A 52-meter-long, 3-meter-wide wooden bridge was built, which connects the land and the almost half-acre island in the middle of the lake. A covered water stage was also built, providing location for musical and cultural performances. There is an auditorium in front of the stage that seats 190 people, which is also available for sunbathing and resting.
