At the conference, coordinators Lavinia Chirila and Cristina Vesa, representing the Oradea Regional Office for Border Cooperation (BRECO), explained the main parameters of the new programming cycle. On behalf of CESCI, Melinda Benczi shared useful experiences about cross-border programs, which the prsent municipalities can incorporate into their new project ideas, so that they can as successfully as possible capture the essence of the cross-border program.

In the course of the afternoon, with the help of the experts, the local governments could exchange their ideas about which applications they should prepare, and they could get answers to their questions about the program.
