Funding map of Győr for projects to be realised in international cooperation

In the document below, we present the funding opportunities that are available to strengthen Győr’s international relations. The goal is to use multiple resources in an integrated and synergistic way to realize the city’s development ideas.

The European Union offers a significant amount of financial resources through domestic, so-called mainstream operational programs, which are well known among the actors involved. In contrast, there is a lack of information on direct funding in Brussels and on regional programs, although the amount of funding available is still significant.

In this document, we describe the direct Brussels resources, INTERREG programs, as well as the support opportunities offered by other international funds that are relevant for the development of Győr’s international relations. The presentation of operational programs is not part of the document.
