New frameworks of cross-border development. Contribution to the discussion paper of New Széchenyi Plan (HU)

In 2012 CESCI formulated its contribution to the discussion paper of the New Széchenyi Plan. As a key element in the document, CESCI made a proposal on the organisational background of a new cross-border development policy.

The policy paper had a dual objective. On the one hand, it aimed to outline the framework of a new development policy based on the findings of the New Széchenyi Plan, focusing on cross-border cooperation. On the other hand, the document aimed to make the outlined direction theoretically grounded.
