Legislative inventory (Legal Accessibility: First milestone) (HU)

In 2016 in the framework of the first milestone of the Legal accessibility project, CESCI compiled a legislation inventory on obstacles identified as a result of the workshops organized earlier during the first milestone. The aim of the document is to introduce the legal background of the obstacles identified.

Using and completing the information gained from the sectoral interviews, CESCI deepened the legal inventory of identified obstacles through desk research. The logic of the structure of the legal inventory was determined by the obstacle inventory established during the same milestone: the document demonstrates the relevant legal framework in relation to each of the obstacles mentioned in the workshops or emerged during interviews later. The second chapter briefly demonstrates the relevant European legal environment, and the third, substantial chapter describes the relevant laws, regulations and other legislative documents in Hungary, in certain neighbouring countries and at the European level, and it also discusses their connection to the given obstacle, broken down into twelve topics.
