Key proposals, recommendations and commentaries regarding the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Transfrontier Co-operation”
The project called “With cross-border cooperation for the Europeanisation of Ukrainian borders” was launched with the support of the International Visegrad Fund in 2020.
One of the measures to help this process was to collect the key proposals, recommendations and commentaries regarding the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Transfrontier Co-operation” (new version) (registration No 6082 as of 23 September 2021). The document was prepared by the State Organisation “V. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” and the State Higher Institution “Uzhhorod National University” based on the recommendations of the four Visegrad partner institutions.
The document systematically analyzes the Draft Law suggesting recommendations in connection with 14 articles all in all. The compilation can be read both in English and in Ukrainian.
