Legal review about deliverance of certain duties of the Hungarian and Romanian local governments to the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (HU)

Within the framework of the Hungarian-Romanian ETC project titled ‘The Value border. The forming of an innovative community service system extending over on a border project’ (HURO/0901/110/2.5.1) the task assigned to CESCI was the examination of the legal conditions of the planned service system. Although the call required the analysis for only EGTC foundation, the expert team also took other institutional structures into consideration. The major part of the study focuses on the relating Hungarian and Romanian legal framework for municipal governance and the comparison of the EGTC legislations of the two countries.
