The COVID-19 epidemic has required special responses worldwide, especially from local and regional authorities, which have been tasked with organizing emergency services, providing accurate and up-to-date information, coordinating different actions and minimizing negative economic impacts. In these exceptional circumstances, the Committee of the Regions has adopted an action plan, including an information platform set up in close cooperation with CESCI.
