An analysis of the external and internal legal regulations governing the EGTC

The study was prepared to the invitation of the West Pomerania Province (Poland). The task was to survey if the establishment of an EGTC is worth in case of the consortium uniting six countries for the sake of setting up the North-South transport corridor (Central European Transport Corridor, CETC) and if yes how should it be done. CESCI analysed the relevant regular environment of the six countries, made a proposal on the way of the foundation and the organisational structure too. Finally, we worked out the draft statute and convention for the planned Poland based EGTC.
