Comparative study for the legal conditions of the establishment of EGTC organizations (HU)

Within the framework of the strategic agreement signed with the National University of Public Services CESCI prepared a comprehensive study which facilitates the education of the future public servants in terms of cross-border cooperation. The study discusses three topics:

• legal frameworks of cross-border cooperation in Europe,
• EGTC regulations of Hungary and the neighbours,
• and the opportunities of EGTC foundation with third countries, legal framework and process of the EGTC foundation.
