Training of cross-border development desk officers at the EDUTUS University (HU)
The EDUTUS University has compiled and accredited its training of cross-border development desk officers with the professional assistance of CESCI. The training contributes to the preparation of the local experts of cross-border cooperation in a practice-oriented manner.

The Novohrad-Nógrád European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation with Limited Liability was registered on 21.12.2011. The EGTC brings together the municipalities of Salgótarján and Fiľakovo along the Hungarian-Slovak border in the area of the Valley of river Zagyva but through its activities it covered th territory of the eponymous cross-border geopark.

One of the first assignments of the association was the elaboration of the cooperation strategy of Komárom-Esztergom county with the neighbouring Slovak territories. The strategy presents the current situation, and proposes interventions to enhance cooperation. CESCI also drafted an illustrated booklet describing the strategy in Hungarian, Slovak and English.
