Contribution paper of CESCI to PIT-ITI-CLLD proposal

In 2013 CESCI formulated its professional contribution to the PIT-ITI-CLLD proposal subscribed by the Conference of European Cross-Border and Inter-regional City Networks (CECICN). The aim of the proposal was to share the professional experiences of CESCI regarding the so-called integrated territorial investments (ITI). The contribution discussed the main problems and obstacles in the development and realisation of the ITIs, and provided further insights on the tools of PIT and CLLD.
